Our clients are a leading Geotechnical contractor, operating throughout the UK, providing a range of services including Ground Stabilisation, Drilling & Grouting, Site Investigation, Specialist Drilling and Environmental Engineering. As they continue to expand the business, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based out of their West Yorkshire office.

The role will involve assisting the Site Investigation/Grouting business by providing commercial support to ensure they recover their contractual entitlement, manage risks and opportunities, and that projects are forecasted and reported accurately.

They are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably working within Site Investigation/Grouting. A working knowledge of various forms of contract (including ICC, NEC & ICE) is essential. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience

As they continue to expand, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join their West Yorkshire office. The role: They're ideally looking for an Estimator with a minimum of 3 years' estimating experience with a construction contractor. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting tenders based on tender enquiries supplied by the client.
