Quantity Surveyor - West Midlands

Our clients are principle Building, Refurbishment and Framework contract specialists operating across multiple market sectors throughout the Midlands. Following recent success, they're currently looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join their team in the West Midlands.

The role:
They're ideally looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator a minimum of 2 years' experience experience in a contractor environment as a QS &/or Estimator. You will be working as part of a small team involved on a wide range of projects throughout the Midlands. NSR and tendering experience is essential.

Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Minimum 2 years' previous QS experience
- NSR Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Full UK drivers licence

In Return:
- £25,000 - £35,000 salary

Quantity Surveyor - West Midlands Our clients are an independent, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with offices based in the West Midlands, London & the South Coast. They provide a range of cost consultancy and project management services throughout various sectors. They are currently looking for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the West Midlands.
