Our client is a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who currently have an opening for an Architectural Technologist. Their portfolio includes some of the most exciting and rewarding projects in both the residential, commercial and mixed use sectors across the UK and overseas, at all stages of the planning, design and construction process.
They work at all levels including strategic national planning, government research, environmental impact assessment, masterplanning, mineral/waste/energy planning, urban design and landscape architecture.
They are currently searching for an Architectural Technologist who is experienced with BIM for their West Midlands based office.
The ideal Architectural Technologist will have around a minimum of 3 years' experience and be proficient in both BIM and GIS and must have a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations. The successful Architectural Technologist will join a professional team who pride themselves on the quality of their design.
