Our clients are a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying, Employer's Agent, Health & Safety and Bank Monitoring services across a wide range of market sectors. As they continue to expand following continued success, they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their office in West Sussex.

They're ideally looking for someone with at least 3 years' post-graduate experience, preferably with experience working with local authorities, to join their cost consultancy team. The role will involve working on a wide variety of projects for both private and public sector clients, covering pre and post-contract duties on schemes ranging from £50K to £100m. Candidates must be capable of managing their own projects from inception through to completion whilst also support a team of junior surveyors.

In return they're offering a competitive salary with excellent training and full APC support and various benefits.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate experience
- Working towards RICS qualified status
- BSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Experience working with Local Authorities
- Able to manage projects with limited supervision

The role will involve working closely with senior staff carrying out all pre & post-contract services for Local Authority and private housing clients from inception through to completion. Projects will vary in size up to large 500+ homes development schemes including New Build, Regeneration and some Refurbishment works. They're ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months experience working in a consultancy environment with an RICS accredited degree and working towards the APC. Experience working on Local Authority or Housing Association new build residential projects is desirable. In return, they're offering a competitive salary up to £30K plus package with excellent career progression and APC support.
