I am working with a highly successful established Chartered Surveyors who are currently looking for an newly qualified, MRICS, Chartered Building Surveyor with a client base in London and Surrey.

You will be joining a highly respected Multi Disciplinary Consultancy who are well known for excellent training with genuine career prospects for ambitious and hard working employees.

Duties will include:

- Party Wall Surveying
- Project Management
- Project Monitoring
- Building Surveys
- Planned Maintenance
- Defect Analysis
- Retail experience is ideally required.

The successful candidate will assist the current small team of building surveyors lead by FRICS qualified Building Survey Practice Head and be part of growing the team. The successful individual will be self-starting, able to work without supervision, be keen to assist the marketing team in growing the department and be part of a vibrant office of construction professionals.

In return you will be offered a generous salary package up to £60k basic.

Independent multi-disciplined practice are looking for an Intermediate or Senior Building Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be Chartered or approaching qualification and have experience in the following: - Condition Surveys - Measured Surveys - Party Wall Awards - CDMC, procurement and contract management are also highly desired skills Based in Surrey you will be joining a busy team so the client is looking for someone who is confident with previous experience in a similar role. The salary range on offer is £45-60k depending on the level of experience. Based in the Hampshire office my client is looking for a confident, technically minded Building Surveyor either recently qualified or approaching their APC professional qualification. They are ideally looking for a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor, dependent upon experience and professional aptitude. The position offers a variety of commercial and residential sector building surveying duties with a strong bias for party wall appointments and neighbourly matters. The successful candidate must be personable, articulate and capable of a high level of strategic and technical planning and analysis. You must be able to work autonomously but will also assist the office Partner from time to time. Training can be provided to fill any gaps required to succeed at APC or particularly areas as applicable, together with continual professional development.
