They have fantastic professional opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect or Principal/Associate with +/- 10 years' experience, who has ambition to progress their career to Directorship and eventually become a Partner of an established Practice in Oxfordshire.

As this role is highly focussed on the future of the business, the right fit is very important to the current team. Key skills and experience required are:
Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
Excellent presentation and communication ability
Technical experience in detailed design packages and the construction process
Good interpersonal skills and experience of working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
