Our Client is an Award Winning Multidisciplinary Architectural Practice, employing design professionals in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Interior design. The client is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their Nottinghamshire based office.

The ideal Architectural Technologist would be someone with good technical skills and a desire to work on a range of projects. They must enjoy technical challenges, be creative and knowledgeable to matters of good design and aesthetics. They should also possess the ability to swiftly integrate into a team and demonstrate the skill to collaborate with ease in a professional yet friendly office environment.

Duties within the Architectural Technologist role will include:
Preparing drawings, plans, and documents for statutory approvals
Developing design proposals using Revit, CAD, and traditional methods
Devising specifications for construction work
Contributing to the detailed design process and co-ordinating detailed design information

Essential Architectural Technologist skills required;
The capacity to prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
Aptitude to contribute to the detailed design process
Ability to co-ordinate detailed design information
Offer advice input into specifications with standard details for construction work
Demonstrate ease in managing own workload
