Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager

Our Client is actively seeking to recruit a Water Treatment Sales / Account Manager to cover a territory in and around London

The role is a mix of looking after existing clients and servicing those accounts. The successful candidates will have experience using a test kit on Boilers, Closed Systems and Cooling Towers. You will be required to expand your existing business by making sure each account is maximised.
Responsible for ensuring that contract retention is maximised and that contract attrition is minimised. It is envisaged that this will be achieved by the discharge of the service level agreement for each contract customer on-time and in full and the timely renewal of contracts. The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver the agreed mix of activity levels to achieve the respective monthly sales targets and conversion requirements in relation to; inbuilt growth and new business opportunities at existing customers, new business opportunities at prospective customers

Co-ordinate and attend review meetings at contracted customer's sites.
Identify and progress resale opportunities for customers have previously had company services.
Identify and progress sales opportunities for new customers either from one off sales or new contracts.
Account management - maintain relationship with customer post sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Taking ownership of the customer and their issues. This will assist in increasing the number of relationship contact points between the company and the customer.
Complete and manage all customer orders utilizing relevant company technology and in accordance with company policies, procedures and trading standards.
Present the company as a credible and professional supplier of products / services.
Maintain knowledge of products and services as well as industry developments.

Ideally you will have three years industry experience in a similar position. Ideally educated to degree level, although candidates with experience and no degree and also welcome to apply
