We're currently working with an International Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy who are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North West London.

They're ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 7 years' experience from a consultancy background to join their team working on a range of exciting projects throughout the UK and also internationally. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to join a well-established consultancy offering genuine career development.

Requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying Degree
- Minimum of 7 years' experience (either consultancy &/or main contractor background)
- MRICS qualified
- Ability to take control of and manage projects from inception through to completion
- Must be presentable and confident, with excellent client facing skills
- Must have excellent organisational and numeracy skills
- Candidates must be able and willing to travel to sites as and when necessary
- Full UK Drivers Licence

The role will sit within the consultancy arm of the business, working with both external clients and on in-house developments. The role is for the management of multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects and involves negotiation, client liaison and relationship management. They're looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years' post graduate experience within the construction industry. In return, they're offering a salary up to £65K depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have / be: - MRICS qualified - Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management or similar - Minimum of 8 years' post graduate experience - Sound contractual and technical knowledge - Prior experience of residential construction - Able to manage and prioritise own workload - Excellent communication skills - Able to work both independently and as part of a team

As they continue to grow, they're currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London office. They're ideally looking for a Senior QS with a minimum of 6 years' experience to join their team managing multiple projects including high-end hotel and restaurant refurbishments ranging in value from £2m to £20m. Experience in the Leisure and/or Hospitality sectors is desirable but not essential.
