Our Client is a Well-Established design-led Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who concentrate in the areas of Landscape Architecture, Urban Design and Environmental Planning. They have a comprehensive portfolio of projects and work throughout the UK on diverse schemes in a variety of sectors.

They have an urgent requirement in their London office for Mid-Level, Assistant or Pre/CMLI Landscape Architect to join the team.

Role Responsibilities:

-Participation in the production of landscape planning and design outputs for a variety of projects in multiple sectors
-Prepare designs, plans, graphics and photomontages using industry standard software
-Assist with site surveying, vegetation surveys and construction supervision
-Support LVIA and landscape assessments for input to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
Liaise with colleagues, clients and statutory bodies

Our client is an independent, multidisciplinary consulting and technical services company providing specialist support services in the areas of environmental planning and compliance, land assessment, remediation and health and safety management. They have a large environmental services sector which is heavily involved with assessing new developments for their environmental impact and providing support throughout the whole impact assessment process. Due to continued expansion they now require a Principal Landscape Architect to join and diversify their London based environmental team. The role will involve project management and visual impact assessments along with the provision of support to existing UK and international projects. Other duties will include supervising and co-ordinating an environmental team and liaising with colleagues and clients to help diversify the technical and client base of the team. The successful applicant will also contribute to the development of the Landscape Architecture service provided by our client through business development activities. Applicants must have a degree in Landscape Architecture and be Part IV qualified with a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience. This experience should ideally have involved the assessment of windfarms, overhead electricity transmission lines, highways and other infrastructure developments. Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent design, report writing and AutoCAD skills and should be a full Member of the Landscape Institute. Applicants must have a first degree/diploma in Landscape Architecture and should be Part III qualified and a member of the Landscape Institute.
