Chartered Building Surveyor - Homebased

£40,000 - £70,000
Independent Chartered Surveyors are offering the opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work from home offering Building Surveys, Party Wall advice, Asset Management and Property Valuations.

You will be home based so would need to be a self-starter with the confidence to work autonomously.
You will be offering expert, tailored advice on residential and commercial property, whether clients are moving, investing in a property or managing a portfolio.

You will be a Senior Building Surveyor in a nationwide network of surveyors. You must be chartered with the RICS (MRICS or FRICS) with ideally a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.

Residential surveying experience is essential. Any other specialism will be a bonus to your potential clientele. Ideally you will have some commercial, party wall or valuation experience but this is not essential.

Most importantly you must be motivated and able to work on your own.

There is no micromanagement here, just the trust you will work with professionalism, focusing on providing a customer experience that is second to none and be able to organise your own work and diary efficiently.

Salary will vary depending on experience and locations but expected earnings will be from £40k to £70k+

Multi-disciplinary Consultancy are looking for a Building Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial building surveying. You will be joining a company who offer a flexible approach in order to provide solutions which meet their client's expectations. You will be part of a team providing services predominantly in Party Walls, Dilapidations and Building Surveys. The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS qualified and be within an hour's commute of London as most of the work is based in London or the South East, although their clients are based throughout the UK. I am working with a Project and Building Consultancy with offices in the South who have an opening for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the London office. You will be required to have substantial experience handling all aspects of Project Management and Building Consultancy to join their busy and expanding team. The role will cover all aspects of Building Consultancy covering predominantly the South East but you may also be required to travel throughout the UK. This role requires a Chartered Building Surveyor with 5 years' experience who is self-motivated, a good communicator with a good knowledge of the region. Salary package will reflect the ability and experience of the applicant.
