They are ideally looking for someone with experience who is comfortable working on their own projects and able to hit the ground running who are chartered. They are also happy and willing to assist someone in the final stages of their APC and support them through training.

You will join as a Senior Building Surveyor at a small firm based in an idyllic setting in Kent. Whilst the office is relaxed it is professional and very busy where the Partners operate at a very high level and work closely together to develop the business and ensure to provide clients with the very best service. They have an ever expanding and diverse client portfolio covering all business sectors so ideally they are looking for someone who will enthusiastically contribute to the building surveying services with hunger for continuous improvement and success. With a practice of this size hard work and success does go noticed and is rewarded. Clients are based in London and the surrounding areas so there will be some travelling giving you the best of both worlds.

The successful candidate will preferably demonstrable project and broad professional building surveying experience delivered to a consistently high standard, meeting deadlines and using excellent client relationship skills.

Chartered Building Surveyors with offices in Kent and London are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team to be based at either office. The ideal candidate will be dealing with the refurbishment or re-building of properties severely damaged by fire, flood, impact, escape of water etc. Responsible for the complete project from initial safety, strip out or demolition through to specification, tender and project management to completion and handover to the owner. Dealing with residential and commercial properties. The company work throughout the UK through regional offices predominantly dealing with insurance work with projects from £30k to £3m. The criteria they are looking for includes: > Chartered Building Surveyor - MRICS or MCIOB > Over two years of industry experience since qualifying > A wide range of experience in Building Surveying > Happy to travel to sites within the South of England Salary will be in the range of £45 - £50k plus a bonus which will bring the salary up to the level around £60k. MRICS Chartered Surveyors required for my client to cover various areas in the UK. You will ideally be MRICS Chartered! My client will consider candidates with AssocRICS with relevant experience able to work alone. The main responsibilities will be to carry out mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys for lenders and private customers.
