Our client is a design led International Multidisciplinary Architecture Firm. They are currently looking for Senior BIM Technologists to join their team in the Republic of Ireland.
They are keen to hear from candidates who would be interested in relocating to the Republic Ireland.
The ideal candidates will have 10+ years’ experience working on large-scale industrial and commercial projects that gives them a proven track record of working collaboratively in a Revit environment
Candidates should have excellent technical architectural design skills demonstrated by completed projects in the medium to large-scale range within the education, commercial office, mixed use and residential sectors and in the associated areas of urban design.
-Production of technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings, specification, schedules) using Revit, in accordance with project standards and schedule
-Coordination of design with other disciplines
-Produce scheme / detail design tender and construction drawings and information for projects, in collaboration with project director
-Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable. Contribute to the development of architectural standards and solutions
-Contribute to the development of effective working relationships are established and maintained with clients, design team, statutory bodies, contractors, subcontractor’s suppliers and internal colleagues
-Comply with the Company’s Quality Assurance procedures and assist in the review of standards and procedures to promote continuing improvement in the service provided to the company’s clients
-Liaising with project managers / contract administrators. Site visits to provide construction and technical support
-Strong Revit skills are essential, and site experience is advantageous
-Professionally qualified architectural technologist with professional experience in complex projects.
-Applicants must be familiar with current Irish Building and Planning Regulations
-Experience in the high technology, process driven or industrial sector building design
-Problem solving skills, creativity and innovation, understanding of materials, technical skills and vision
-The successful candidates will need to show that they are team players with an ability to lead a design team and work with anyone involved in the process of building design and delivery
-An excellent communicator who can work effectively and productively with all levels of the organisation and with clients, design team, statutory bodies, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
-Ability to collaboratively solve complex problems working constructively with key project stakeholders
-Innovative thinker who strives for architectural and technical design excellence. Highly client orientated
-Well organised and successful in time and resource management. Self-motivated and able to work independently and self-manage. Strong attention to detail and visual skills
-Accustomed to working in a team environment with demanding schedules and deadlines
-Communication skills will be of high importance
