Our client is a Water Treatment & Hygiene Company working in the Industrial, Commercial and Domestic Environments.

The company offers a full national delivery across all aspects of water treatment and water hygiene, specialising in legionella control and compliance and manufacturing bespoke water treatment systems.

The company are now recruiting for a Water Softener Engineer ideally around the Hertfordshire area. They are looking for a full time, vibrant and enthusiastic engineer to work in both domestic and commercial properties on water softeners, filters and water treatment products.

Some training will be given although the applicant would need some previous experience servicing and installing both domestic and commercial water softeners, plumbing experience essential.

The job would include some working away nationally but most work would be from the south up to the midlands.

The engineer / applicant needs to be flexible to work within a two man or team or on their own. Vehicle, PDA, Tools, PPE and Work wear are provided.

Main duties of this position include: Carrying out various water and Air hygiene tasks including: Air Monitoring for Carbon monoxide and Carbon Dioxide. Our client is a small independent Legionella and Water Hygiene Consultancy that are looking to recruit an experience Legionella Risk Assessor. They are now looking to recruit a Legionella Risk Assessor ideally based from Hertfordshire to cover work in the South East. The successful applicant will be joining an existing team and will be responsible for conducting risk assessments in accordance to the ACOP L8 guidelines at commercial and industrial premises. Additional duties will include producing reports, visiting corporate accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels. Ideal candidates for this position will have a minimum of three years risk assessment experience within the water treatment industry. With excellent written communication skills, it is expected that candidates are computer literate, able to work in a team environment and use their own initiative. A full UK driving license is essential to be considered for this position. This is a dual role so candidates will also need to carry out Legionella control works including temperature monitoring and sampling, Showerhead descales, TMV Servicing, clean and chlorination's etc. Applicants must have previous experience of working in this type of environment and hold City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing
