Chartered Surveyor

£45,000 - £60,000
Homebased MRICS Chartered Surveyors required to cover various areas in the UK. You will ideally be MRICS Chartered with over a year of solid Building Surveying experience including HomeBuyer reports.
AssocRICS qualification will be considered with relevant experience in residential surveying with the ability to work alone.

The main responsibilities will be:

> to carry out mortgage valuations
> homebuyer reports
> building surveys for lenders and private customers.

You will be home based with a Regional Manager for support.

Salary will be dependent on the location of the role and the experience and qualification of the successful candidates.

Due to increased project work in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas there is a requirement for an additional Building Surveyor to join the team. The role will be office based but will have the option for some home working when needed. There are some skills required to be successful in your application: You will ideally be MRICS Building Surveyor but if you have solid experience in a similar role all applications will be considered. Salary offered to the successful candidate will be in the region of £45k negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, plus a car and company healthcare.
