The ideal Architectural Technician would be someone with good technical skills and a desire to work on a range of projects. They must enjoy technical challenges, be creative and knowledgeable to matters of good design and aesthetics. They should also possess the ability to swiftly integrate into a team and demonstrate the skill to collaborate with ease in a professional yet friendly office environment.

Duties within Architectural Technician role will include:
Preparing drawings, plans, and documents for statutory approvals
Developing design proposals using Revit, CAD, and traditional methods
Devising specifications for construction work
Contributing to the detailed design process and co-ordinating detailed design information

The essential skills required to be considered for the Architectural Technician role:
The capacity to prepare drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals
