Independent Chartered Surveyors specialising in valuation, general practice, building surveying and architectural services across Southern England are looking for a Residential Surveyor to be based in Hampshire.

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include:

> Assisting with and undertaking a range of general practice surveying duties including homebuyer reports, building surveys and valuations for a variety of panels, major banks and private clients
> Liaising with clients on a daily basis
> Promotion of the business through networking

The successful candidate must be a RICS qualified surveyor and an independent worker capable of prioritising their own workload and meeting deadlines. It is very important to possess a full clean UK driving license due to the requirement to travel for the role.

There are opportunities to progress within the organisation and a competitive salary and benefits package will therefore be offered to the right candidate including a car or car allowance.

Due to expansion they are looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join the team.
