My client is a highly successful and well established Chartered Surveying Practice who work throughout the South of England.
They are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor, MRICS or AssocRICS, to carry out project management and contract administration duties on a wide range of Social Housing, Public Building and schools projects. Some other responsibilities may include Contract Administration, Design, Project Running and Forensic Reporting.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' post-qualification experience of delivering regeneration, planned maintenance and capital expenditure schemes in support of Registered Social Landlord, Local Authority and Education Commission clients.
