Architectural Technologist

VAC-55704
£23,000 - £28,000
Our Client is a Design, Planning and Environmental practice that work on all types and sizes of projects which span the whole of the UK and cover practically everything that requires planning permission. They provide Planning, land management and landscape design help across all sectors out of their Gloucestershire office.

Due to an increase in work they are looking to bring in an Architectural Technologist, junior level experience would be acceptable but must be someone with good AutoCAD skills, good knowledge and understanding of technical & construction details, and at least a basic understanding of both Planning and Building Regulation stages of work.

Although the office is based in quite a rural location and public transport links are slightly lacking, the consultancy has good contacts with clients and landowners in nearby towns that they could contact for information regarding rentable apartments and houses nearby. The office also has a number of younger employees who prefer a city/town vibe and operate a carpooling system for easy access if they live further away.

In return the Consultancy is offering a generous salary, ongoing training and support and all the usual benefits.
