Architectural Technologist

£25,000 - £35,000
Our client is a well-established Multiisciplinary Practice based in Derbyshire. They are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist with at least 4 years industry experience.

Architectural Technologist requirements;
Be degree educated in a relevant subject
Excellent experience detailing residential properties
Experience within the commercial sector
Have strong understanding of both Revit, AutoCAD & SketchUp
Have a good understanding of BIM through all stages of a project
Have experience of project-running both in the office and on site
Have an excellent understanding of current UK building regulations

Architectural Technologist responsibilities will include;
Preparing detailed plans
Assisting on technical matters within the project team
Working alongside the rest of the design team
Reporting directly to the company directors
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Producing working drawings
Working closely with architects and building professionals
Technical drawings and specifications
