Our client is a well-established Architectural Practice who deliver projects throughout the UK. They
Currently have a requirement for an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit and visualisation skills to join their team based in Essex.

As an Architectural Technologist you will get the chance to work on a variety of projects from residential, commercial and education.

This role will suit an Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills and able to produce 3D model fly throughs from SketchUp and produce high quality renders.

To be considered for this Architectural Technologist role you will;
Be degree educated in a relevant subject
Have strong understanding of both Revit, AutoCAD & SketchUp
Have a good understanding of BIM through all stages of a project

Have experience of working in a UK based practice
Have experience of project-running both in the office and on site
Have an excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
Excellent hand-drawing ability and 3D visualisation skills
Good technical understanding of UK construction
