Senior Estimator - Lancashire

Our clients are specialist Groundworks & Civil Engineering contractor operating throughout the North of England. They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team based in Lancashire.

The role:
They're ideally looking for an Estimator with a minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably working with a Civil Engineering &/or Groundworks contractor to join their team managing multiple projects from inception through to completion. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Candidates must be able to manage their own workload and carry out their work under limited supervision.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working within Civil Engineering &/or Groundworks
- Experience pricing and managing projects from inception to completion
- Able to manage own workload
- Experience managing a team of junior staff
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK drivers licence

In Return:
- £40,000 - £60,000 salary

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Lancashire Our clients are a main construction contractor working on a variety of projects typically ranging from £100,000 to £4 million, and the work content is varied, ranging from traditional to design and build, new build and refurbishment. They are currently looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Construction Department based in Lancashire. The role: The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be based from their Head Office, but also working on-site as required. Sites are mainly North West based, although some of their clients do work throughout the UK.
