Chartered Building Surveyor

I am working closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors and Architects who are currently looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team.

To apply for this role you must be strong on defect diagnosis and spec writing, concentrating on repair and refurbishment of Victorian residential properties, project values typically £50k-£100k.

You will also have a working knowledge of the following:

- CDM
- Party Wall
- Schedule of dilapidations
- Pre-purchase surveys

Due to the travelling involved you must hold a full driving licence and be able to work using a Dictaphone. Full secretarial support will be provided. This role will suit those living within the M25.

Most of the work is in West Kent so would suit someone based centrally as there will be a requirement to go into the office on a regular basis, flexible working is available when the work allows.
