Chartered Surveyor

Homebased MRICS Chartered Surveyors required to cover various areas in the UK. You will ideally be MRICS Chartered with over a year of solid Building Surveying experience including HomeBuyer reports.
AssocRICS qualification will be considered with relevant experience in residential surveying with the ability to work alone.

The main responsibilities will be:

> to carry out mortgage valuations
> homebuyer reports
> building surveys for lenders and private customers.

You will be home based with a Regional Manager for support.

You will be rewarded with a very attractive remuneration package with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, car allowance, pension, membership fees paid, formal CPD training.

Salary will be dependent on the location of the role and the experience and qualification of the successful candidates.

My client is a growing Building Consultancy who are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their office in the West Midlands. This is a very exciting time to be joining the client as they are going through a rapid expansion due to rising client base. The successful candidate will have at least four years' post qualification experience in Commercial Building Surveying and a related degree. You will be heading up the Midlands Building Surveying team so management experience will be desirable. My client is a Chartered Surveying Practice who have a vacancy for a Building Surveyor due to an increase on workload. They require a Building Surveyor to undertake Residential Building Surveys to include valuations and commercial/professional work in their office in the Midlands. You would need to cover a large region so a full clean driving license is essential, as well as a willingness to work out of hours. You will be carrying out Homebuyers Reports, Valuations and Building Surveys make up the main body of work but experience in commercial aspects, Asbestos or any specialism is welcome. The successful candidate must be registered with RICS and be in the late stages of the APC or already Chartered. This role would suit someone newly chartered looking for a new opportunity offering career prospects. They are offering a salary between £28k - 38k depending on experience with benefits including pension, CPD, RICS fees paid, annual leave and car allowance.
