My client is a Property Specialist who provide a comprehensive and bespoke service including Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Building Surveying, CDM and Specialist Consultancy services. They work in a diverse range of sectors that include Education, Commercial, Automotive and Retail, Heritage, Ecclesiastical, Sports and Leisure and Residential.
Project work ranges from the design and construction of small schemes to multi-million pound projects. Building Surveyors benefit from being part of a multi-disciplinary practice and can draw upon other in-house skills to provide a complete service.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide clients with advice on project feasibility, budget preparation, procurement strategy, cost planning, value management and cost control.
You will have at least 2 years post qualification experience and will have worked in the Educational Sector. The work will predominantly be contract work on a range of educational clients, including:
> funding applications
> feasibility reports
> Cost Management
> Contract administration.
