Our client provides cost effective consultancy and technical service support for the health, safety, hygiene and environmental management of air and water systems. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Technician in Cambridgeshire
As a Water Hygiene Technician you responsible for the site-based delivery of a range of water hygiene related services in accordance with current legislation
Duties will include:
Temperature monitoring and sampling duties in the area
Showerhead Descaling
TMV Servicing
Clean and chlorinations
The role requires flexibility; you will be responsible for the organisation of your own workloads on a daily basis and you should be able to work efficiently upon your own initiative.
You should have a working knowledge of hot and cold water systems and previous experience of working within L8 guidance.

Our client is a Water Treatment Company that specialises in packaged and engineered treatment of 'clean' process water and 'dirty' wastewater, sewage and sludge water, as well as providing ongoing operation, maintenance, servicing & spare parts. The company are looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join their growing team. The candidate would be required to work across all our sectors, foul water, clean water and projects. The successful candidate would ideally have the following: - Located in the South of England as the work is located from Northampton down to London A recognised level 3 Electrical diploma/qualification. 17th or 18th edition wiring regs. 5 years electrical experience. Experience in the water industry is preferred but not essential. Willing to work in all sectors mentioned -foul, clean and projects. Willing to promote company business. Willing to travel and stay away from home when required. Work occasional weekend work (at increased overtime rates) Main duties Wiring pumps, panels and all servicing equipment. Installation of electrical systems for projects including wiring, tray work etc PLC interrogation (training could be provided for this) Aid in preparing proposals from an electrical stand point i.e. volt drop calculations, cable sizing etc. Fault finding.
