Our Client is a Multi-Disciplinary Architectural Consultancy who provide an efficient personal service with a commitment to innovation, value and respect for the environment.

Due to an increase in workload, they have an exciting opportunity for a permanent position for an Part 2 Architect with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, to provide essential support to a forward thinking company. The Role would involve working on a variety of technically challenging Architectural Projects.

The successful Part 2 Architect will be proficient in AutoCAD, experience of Revit is also advantageous, and will have excellent knowledge of building regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience using AutoCAD preferably in the residential sector, although other experience will be considered. This role is for a Part 2 Architect with a strong technical understanding of building projects and buildings in general.

Strong Design background
Knowledge of UK Planning Policy
AutoCAD/ArchiCAD experience essential, along with Hand-sketching
Revit experience desirable
