Role and Responsibilities:
Undertaking measured surveys
Development of scheme and planning drawings
Delivery of Building Regulations and production information
Submission of Building Regulations applications, including co-ordination of technical material received from external consultants
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative and to work within in a team
Ability to manage, create and maintain momentum in projects

Duties of this position will include carrying out risk assessment of building water systems for the control of legionellosis and drawing up schematics.
Duties will include auditing client site records and log books to ensure adequate maintenance regimes are being implemented. You must have knowledge of drawing up technical schematics and be used to liaising with clients on a face to face basis.
You will be required to write up Technical Risk Assessment Reports so you must be computer literate.
