- Produce Opps & Comms reports with Site Manager, Programmer and QS

- Keep all statutory licenses are kept up to date
- Keep site fire plan up to date
- Keep traffic management plans up to date
- Make sure all external H&S reports are completed and signed off
- Check sites are kept clean and company branding is sufficient
- You would also be the main point of contact for subcontractors
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Construction related HNC/HND or degree
- Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good all round knowledge of the Construction industry
- Previous experience in the Leisure &/or Hospitality sectors is desirable but not essential

Scope and cost projects;

Compile Desk Studies, factual and interpretative reports;
Carry out foundation, sustainable drainage, slope stability and retaining wall calculations;
Have a working knowledge of contaminated land investigation and remediation;
