You will assist in generating fees through the management and development of existing clients and new clients; whilst contributing towards the achievement of key objectives within the department.
You will be MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with high quality, varied post qualification experience. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who wishes to establish themselves and make a significant contribution to developing business. Strong communication skills are essential, along with commercial acumen and strong technical competence.
You will provide a comprehensive building surveying service to clients and will advise and support the wider team on both commercial and residential properties. In depth knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation is essential and the ability to project manage and investigate and advise on specific building defects are high on the list of requirements.
