-At least 6 years consultancy experience,
-Holds one or more protected species survey licence.
-Holds EPS licences for at least one protected species.
-Field survey ability is of a competence that can run internal training courses.
-Competent at preparing ES Chapters, EPS licence applications.
-Good understanding of HRA
-Project management for all scales of project including client liaison, quote preparation, organisation of more junior members of staff, review of junior members of staff's reports for all but the most complicated reports (such as ES Chapters, HRA and more complicated EPS licences for large projects, multi-phased etc.) Line management of graduate and seasonal field assistant level.
