They are now looking to recruit a Trainee Asbestos Surveyor to join the team at their North Yorkshire office.
This position would suit an Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering graduate.
Successful candidates will assist Lead Surveyors on projects, carrying out bulk sampling and will be trained in the methods of carrying out asbestos surveys. After completing an initial training period the candidate will be put through the P402 qualification (Asbestos surveying qualification) and will then go on to carry out surveying.
No prior knowledge of asbestos is required, as full training will be given in all aspects of the job requirements. To be considered for the position you will be qualified in a relevant Science/Environmental degree or have an interest in developing a career within Health and Safety. This role requires a driving licence.

The ideal candidate will have recently or within a year graduated with an environmental/science degree and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Must hold a full driving licence!
