Due to an increase in workload, they have an exciting opportunity for a permanent position for an Architectural Technician or Part II with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, to provide essential support to a forward thinking company. The Role would involve working on a variety of technically challenging Architectural Projects.
The successful Architectural Technician will be proficient in AutoCAD, experience of Revit is also advantageous, and will have excellent knowledge of building regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience using AutoCAD preferably in the residential sector, although other experience will be considered. This role is for a candidate with a strong technical understanding of building projects and buildings in general.

Our Client is a specialist consultancy that is currently seeking a Chartered Landscape Architect and a Landscape Architect for their Cornwall office to play a central role in expanding its workload and reputation in delivering environmental and regulatory services.
The successful applicant with hellp in the production of landscape and visual impact assessments for 'standalone' reports and as part of environmental impact assessments. In addition, they will required to work with the Design team to assist with master planning on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Main responsibilities include:
Undertaking LVIA assessments for large infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects;
Report writing, in particular compiling the LVIA and non-technical chapters of environmental statements and reports;
Production of visualisations;
Preparation of master plans in consultation with the Design Team;
Liaising with clients, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders;
Developing client relationships;
Technical proposal writing.
Candidates must have:
A relevant degree qualification;
Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (or equivalent);
Landscape Architect must have +/- 2 years Post-Grad Experience
A full UK driving licence;
Extensive practical experience for the Chartered Position;
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills;
Experience in landscape and visual impact assessment for large infrastructure projects;
Experience of landscape and urban design relating to new development and regeneration;
Commercial awareness and client facing experience;
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team;
Commitment to personal and continuing professional development;
Capable of organising and developing own work with minimal supervision;
