As the Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be working closely with the company Director and will be expected to run projects from inception through to completion, as well as managing the team of technologists and technicians.

-Confident meeting with prospective clients and pricing for projects.
-Be able to demonstrate good knowledge of technical construction and detailing.

-Good hand sketching ability would be advantageous but not essential.
-Minimum 5 post qualification experience.
-Experience in residential & domestic development sector would be preferred but not essential.
-Salary £35,00 - £45,000

At this stage, due to an increase in work, they are looking for a talented Senior Ecologist to join their office in Worcestershire.
Role responsibilities as a Senior Ecologist will include; Preparing, managing and executing ecological surveys for all species and mitigation projects: mitigation, habitat creation and restoration; Letters of Report and Ecological Survey Reports, Environmental Impact Assessments and Natural England Licences, Habitat Surveys; Phase 1 Habitat Assessment, National Vegetation classification, SSSI Condition Assessments and Tree Surveys.Protected Species Survey work including out of hours survey work and liaising with groups specific to the completion of client project work. Work in collaboration with the team to design ecological enhancement schemes and effective species mitigation works.
Applicants must have a BSc and MSc in Ecology or a closely related subject.
Applicants must have appropriate protected species survey licences (bats, GCN, dormice, reptiles etc). Extensive experience in writing license applications for EPS mitigation applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required for the role as is CIEEM Membership.
